Delivery and Shipping
Processing and Shipping:
- Orders placed before 3 PM are usually processed and shipped the same day – 365 days a year.
- This does not apply to items marked as pre-order with extended delivery times.
Delivery Times:
- Normal delivery time to addresses in the Netherlands is 1–3 business days after the order has been shipped.
- All Dutch orders are shipped with GLS.
Availability:
- All items are subject to availability. If you order items that are out of stock, we reserve the right to cancel your order or delay shipment.
- If your order includes both stock items and pre-order items, we may ship the order in part or in full when the pre-order items become available.
Shipping Costs:
- Shipping costs are calculated and shown during checkout.
- By placing an order, you accept the shipping costs as part of the total price.
Order Changes or Cancellation
You can change your order by contacting us at hello@barons.nl, provided the order has not yet been shipped.
If your order has already been shipped, you still have 14 days to cancel it. See the "Right to Cancellation" section below for more information.
We reserve the right to cancel your order without compensation in the following cases:
- An unintended error occurs (e.g., a payment error).
- Your payment information cannot be verified or is incorrect.
- We suspect your order is placed in bad faith or in relation to criminal activities.
If we cancel your order, we will notify you promptly and refund any payments made without additional costs.
Prices and Payment
All prices are in Euros (€) and include VAT but exclude shipping costs.
The total price shown at checkout is the amount charged to your account once the order has been shipped. We will not charge your account until the order has been processed and dispatched.
Payment Security:
Payments are securely handled by Altapay / Rapyd using SSL encryption. Only Altapay / Rapyd has access to your payment details.
Right of Cancellation & Returns
When shopping with us, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 100 days of receiving the item. The right of cancellation only applies if the item is unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as when you received it.
Cancellation Period:
If the 100-day period expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Sunday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve, or New Year’s Eve, the deadline is extended to the next business day.
Return Process:
- Initiate your return via our return portal and download the return label.
- Your return label will be a DHL label, meaning the return needs to be handed in to a DHL parcelshop
- For refunds, a fee of 7 € will be deducted from the refund amount if you use our return label.
- Exchanges are always free when using our return label.
- Ensure the item is securely packaged and retain proof of shipment (receipt from parcelshop).
Refunds:
Once we have received the item and confirmed it meets the conditions for cancellation, we will refund the purchase price minus any applicable return shipping fees. Refunds may take up to two weeks to process. If the conditions for cancellation are not met, we will contact you via email.
Customer Responsibility:
- The customer bears the risk of the item during return shipping until it reaches us.
- It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the item is securely packaged for return.
- You also have the option to cover the return shipping costs yourself. In that case, please return the items to the following address:

Defective Products or Complaints
If you receive a defective product or experience an issue, please contact us immediately at hello@barons.nl. Provide a clear description of the problem.
If your claim is accepted, we will refund the purchase price and all associated shipping costs.
Warranty (Lack of Conformity)
You have the right to report any lack of conformity within 24 months of purchase.
- Report issues within a reasonable time, which is within two months of discovery.
- Warranty does not cover wear and damage caused by misuse.
Errors in Pricing
If a price is obviously incorrect, and you could reasonably have identified this, we are not obligated to deliver the product at the incorrect price.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes related to barons.nl will be governed by Danish law and resolved by the Danish courts unless otherwise required by EU law.
Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. Personal information will not be shared with third parties unless necessary to fulfill your order.
Binding Agreements
We only enter into binding purchase agreements with individuals aged 18 or older.
